The caravan/vehicle stored or to be stored is not the property of Belskavie Farm and responsibility for the caravan/vehicle and contents remains with the owner. Accordingly, the owner must insure the caravan/vehicle at their own expense and provide details of the Insurance Policy if requested by us. We are not responsible for any damage to the caravan/vehicle whilst it remains in our storage. You will be responsible for any damage or injury caused to a Third Party or the property of a Third Party caused by you.

Fees for the storage of caravans/vehicles must be paid either in advance or on their due date as agreed with you. In the event of any fees remaining unpaid we reserve the right to charge interest at a rate of 4% above the base rate of the Clydesdale Bank PLC on any unpaid fees due. Please noteyourfobaccesswillbefrozenatthispoint. Intheeventthatfeesremainunpaidforaperiod of six months or more we reserve the right to have the caravan/vehicle removed or sold.
You must ensure that all caravans/vehicles are parked within their allocated space.
Ensure that you open and close gate(s) on entry and exit and do not allow other vehicles to enter or exit with you – they MUST use their own fob.

In the event that the caravan/vehicle is removed and storage with us is no longer required the key and fob issued to you must be returned to us.
In the event that the caravan/vehicle is sold and/or the storage facility is to be transferred to a Third Party, notice must be given to us, and our approval must be obtained; such approval shall not be withheld unreasonably. The key and fob must be returned to us along with contact details for the new owner. Proofs of identification and address will be required from the new owner.
